  • Session 1: Pause – Start where you are. Understanding stress and relaxation. Simple techniques to pause in daily life.
  • Session 2: Relax – Stress gets a voice but not a vote. Lifestyle and habits.
  • Session 3: Tapping into positive states – balance up your negativity bias and charge up your energy with gratitude, kindness, and savouring.
  • Session 4: Working with the inner critic – Explore the inner critic, the inner “tone of voice”
  • Session 5: Reframing for success – Working with worry and rumination. Reframing stress and focusing on what you can control.
  • Session 6: Recap and moving forward – Assess where you are now. Sustaining changes.
