Imagine 3 Limited representing Take Care of the Moments is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy & Cookie Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.takecareofthemoments.com (the “Site”).
1. Information collection
- When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.”
- We collect Device Information using the following technologies:

- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.

- Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information.”
- Payment information such as your credit or debit card numbers or paypal information are processed securely through our payment provider Stripe. No information about your payment source is collected or stored in our Site. When you make a purchase through the Site you automatically also agree to the terms and conditions set forth by Stripe.
- In order to provide a better service to you, we may collect and process the following data about you (“Other Information”):
- information that you provide by filling in forms on the Site. This includes information provided when you send us a request, subscribing to our service or requesting further services;
- if you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence; and
- we may ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them.
- When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking about Device Information, Order Information and Other Information.
- We only retain Personal Information for so long as it is necessary. Data may be archived as long as the purpose for which the data was used still exists.
2. Uses made of the information
- We use the Order Information that we collect generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including arranging for the services/products delivery, providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to communicate with you about your order and screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
- We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns). - In addition, we may use Personal Information provided in and outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) to:

- designing and conducting surveys/questionnaires for client profiling/segmentation, statistical analysis, improving and furthering the provision our products and services;
- complying with laws and regulations applicable to us or any of our affiliates in or outside Hong Kong;
- seeking professional advice and in legal proceedings, including collecting overdue amounts;
- researching, designing and launching services or products including seminars/events/forums;
- when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services; or
- purposes directly related or incidental to the above.
3. Sharing of your information
We will keep the Personal Information we hold confidential but may share your information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information as described above. For example, we use Stripe to power our online store payments. Other third parties to whom we may share your information include:
- personnel, agents, advisers, auditors, contractors, financial institutions, and service providers in connection with our operations or services;
- persons under a duty of confidentiality to us;
- persons to whom we are required to make disclosure under applicable laws and regulations in or outside Hong Kong; or
- actual or proposed transferees or participants of our services in or outside Hong Kong.
4. Cookies and Log Files
- Our Site uses cookies to distinguish you from other users of our Site. This helps us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our Site and also allows us to improve our Site. By continuing to browse the Site, you are agreeing to our use of cookies.

- We follow a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.
- Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
- Social Media Link and Share Buttons. Our website features image links from social networks such as Facebook and Twitter. These “Share” buttons are embedded in disabled form, meaning that there is no direct contact between our server and the servers of the respective social networks. Only when you click the “Share” button, will a new window open in which you must log on to the selected social network. The selected page can then be recommended or shared. At no time is any data transmitted from our website to the respective operator of the social network without you initiating and accepting such transmission.
- Links to 3rd Party Websites. Our website features hyperlinks to websites belonging to (and operated by) other providers. After clicking these links, you will be redirected from our website to the third-party website. We are not responsible for how these companies handle your data. Please visit the websites of the respective 3rd party company directly for additional information.

6. Data transfers
We may hold your data on servers in Hong Kong and any other territories as we see fit from time to time. We may also transfer your data to our overseas offices or to any people listed at Clause 2.4 above, who may be located in or outside of Hong Kong.

- Under the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (the “Ordinance“), individuals have the rights:

- If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. If you would like to exercise this right, please contact us through the contact information below. Additionally, if you are a European resident we note that we are processing your information in order to fulfill contracts we might have with you (for example if you make an order through the Site), or otherwise to pursue our legitimate business interests listed above. Additionally, please note that your information will be transferred outside of Europe, including to Hong Kong.

A HKID card number or passport number or business registration certificate number cannot be amended unless such data is proved to be inaccurate. In accordance with the terms of the Ordinance and GDPR, we have the right to and may charge a reasonable fee for processing any data access request.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction
Nothing in this Privacy Policy shall limit the rights of the data subject under the Ordinance. This Privacy Notice shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong courts.
