In my years in Executive Search and Human Resources, I noticed how exceptional leaders managed their attention and energy to drive greater growth, balance and results. They regulated and prioritised their attention for greater mental clarity and emotional balance. This then benefited how their teams worked and performed.

Just like our bodies, our minds need training and support to function at their highest level. This is what motivates me in this work.

Mindful Leadership Program

This six-week program helps leaders regain agency over their attention and accelerate their performance by developing the Four Pillars of Mindful Leadership - Attention, Mental Clarity, Resilience and Relational Intelligence.

With my background in medicine, Human Resources, business, and Mindfulness practice, this program is based on scientific evidence-base, psychology, real world organisational and leadership experience, and a deep appreciation of human and leadership needs. Coupled with practical tips and ways to integrate Mindfulness in their busy work lives, this program equips leaders with the means to use their attention and energy wisely for greater performance and job satisfaction.
