Mindfulness practice is about learning to let go so you can find calm and peace in the uncertain and ever-changing now.

Just do it and you’ll find all the answers about the practice in the practice. All else is theory if you don’t do it.

Often we go looking for the best way, the appropriate time, the teacher we like, the most suitable meditation app or recording.

Don’t wait – start your practice by meditating with me every day. Give it a chance for 30 days.

Let’s see what it’s like to experience it as we go, rather than imagine what it might or could or should be like. You won’t know till you try it!

What I’ve learnt from my own meditation practice and teaching Mindfulness…

  • Don’t let you stop you from meditating 🙂

  • Keep it simple – sit, watch, come back to the present moment, let go of any judgements, repeat.

  • Be kind and patient – this practice is all about showing up for yourself and your experience, however it is.

  • Each time after the 5 minutes, pat yourself on the back for having done it!

  • Don’t make any conclusions yet, keep going!

  • Keep it up – this is not a one off thing. Even if you stop for a day or a week, you can always start again. No questions asked.

  • Consider finding a buddy, teacher or a group to practice with – it might be easier with company 🙂
